Faith is Trusting God, against all odds facing clear and present danger in spite of  the turmoil we are experiencing, unwavering in our confidence, we trust in spite of persecution, opposition, beatings and false imprisonment. as followers of Jesus Christ, we walk by faith seeing matters through the lenses of faith. we see with the eyes of our hearts instead of the eyes in our head. Clear and present danger surround all four corners of the earth, the enemy of our souls, has devised evil strategies in his attempts to steal, kill, and destroy our lives. constantly looking for opportunities to disrupt, usurp, hinder us from following God, pursuing our dreams, and purpose.preventing us from living up to our true potential, he wants to destroy our relationship with God.God moved by his great love and tender mercies, sent a savior in to the world, to redeem, his people, that were being oppressed by the devil.  that were spiritually dead in their trespasses. Our savior took upon himself our sins, and payed the penalty of sin by giving his life, shedding his holy blood on the cross, so that we can have life more abundantly.As children of God, we must carry our cross every day of our lives denying ourselves many things, if we submit to the authority of God, and resist the devil, he will flee from us in order to follow God, and to serve him, we must crucify our old sinful self, turning away from sin, and all its temptations. we must fix our eyes on God. putting on the new self that lives in Christ Jesus our lord, putting on the new self created in the image of God. As children of God we must walk by faith, and not by sight.We have to put our trust and confidence in God, we must surrender our need to control our own lives, we must allow God to direct every aspect of our lives,he is our creator, he knows us all intimately he created us we are the work of his hands. he knows, our strengths and weaknesses, our fears and vulnerabilities,He loves us all unconditionally with an ever lasting love, that does not fade or changes.He knows our potential and what we are better suited for in life. Walking by faith takes courage, courage to take action in any given situation, bad or good. these steps are critical to the outcome of your eternal destination. Once we realize that we have no control over the events that for shadow every intricate detail of our lives, we will free ourselves from undo emotional stress and drama.The reality of our mentality is an illusion distorted by fear, preconceived notions, driven by emotion.Struggle is part of the process, to attain wisdom, wealth, to make positive changes in our lives.  In the midst of my struggle I have failed many times, if it were not for my mistakes, failures,set backs, trials and test, I would not be the person that I am today, Life has humbled me and taught me many valuable lessons, giving me wisdom and insight in to matters, through my personal experiences in life. adversity revealed the reality of my faith, the degree in which I exercised it.This journey of growth and development, has revealed to me my own personal truth, truth, can be scary, painful, uncomfortable, authenticity is the very essence of who we are, when we are alone with God, and there is no one else around.The inner workings of spirituality is directly linked to our devine spark that, is connected to God, our higher self, spirituality awakens the souls consciousness of our inner being, humanistic sensibilities, and spiritual energies. We are mind, body, and soul, and spirit. this duality is the essence of humanity.

Here are 3 practical tips to help you exercise your faith, when ever life decides to throw you a curve ball

1) Wait on God- It may be hard. It may seem as if nothing is happening and every part of your flesh wants to “DO SOMETHING”, because we don’t equate waiting with doing, and yet that is exactly what we should do.Waiting exercises faith that builds our spiritual muscles, waiting gives us strength.

2) Draw Your Strength From God- We must draw our strength from God, we must not lean own our own understanding, God’s ways our higher than our ways, his thoughts higher than our thoughts. we must rely completely on God, He Is faithful,loving, kind, generous, he will never leave us our forsake us, His grace is sufficient, his power mighty in pulling down strong holds,it is imperative that we draw our strength from God, and not your own self reliance. Don’t take matters into your own hands, when we wait on God, he will renew our strength, if we are tempestuous, we can lose important Opportunities, that would further us in pursuing our destiny, we will waste valuable time, cause ourselves needless, stress and anxiety.

3) Focus Exclusively On God- On my journey with God, I realize focus is the key to making progress, focus motivates us to take action, so if we’re waiting, we our in good company waiting makes us more patient,  builds character,.  draws us closer to God,  deepens and strengthens our faith. When we’re reliant on God, then we are strengthened by his power. and if we are focused exclusively on him, we are becoming like Paul,God is teaching us to be content in all circumstances we can know with complete assurance that the lord is a provider, and is right there with us. We are not alone.
