1.Take a walk:- Anger is the most dangerous and powerful thing to break relationships. It is very difficult to manage anger but walking in nature’s arms all alone helps you to control anger and it makes you forget stress and give you a pleasure.

2.Practice relaxation techniques:– Anger management is very important with the help of different relaxation techniques it can be controlled like breathe deeply, try non strenuous and slow exercises, repeat slowly words as relax, cool, calm and think why is this bothering you so much. This technique help you to manage anger.

 

3.Laughter:- Laughing loudly is the most easiest way to prevent stressed thoughts from your mind and gives you calm mood which helps you to overcome anger.

4.Meditation:– Sitting all alone and meditate helps you to filter your thoughts and spread positivity around you which is generally also very important in daily routine life as stress these days among people is increasing day by day. So it is very important to take out some time from busy schedule and meditate.

5.Music:- Music has a power which heals you. Music helps to stimulates more parts of the brain. Music provides you sensational feeling .Good music has direct access to the emotions. As such it’s a fantastic tool for tweaking our moods. Music encourages daydreaming, sliding into old memories, exploring the past.

6.Find alone place:- People are so stressed due to their busy schedules and easily got angry which not only spoils the mood of another one and also spoils the surroundings happiness. So it is better to be alone when you are not in the good mood. So that no one can judge you and have effect on you. It will also help you to understand yourself better.

7.Clear your mind:- Clear your mind to negative thoughts and fill positive thoughts in it. It is better to forget all the worries and clear your mind from the thoughts that disturb you all the time and self control is the best way of controlling your anger. Otherwise anger makes you weak and depressed.

8.Share carefully:- Sometimes when you do not share anything from anyone then it will always disturb you and you always need someone to share your thoughts. But always share your thoughts with someone on whom you have trust. It will help you to feel light and relieved. By sharing your thoughts with some friend help you to make your friendship more stronger.

9.Turn your anger into unstoppable productive work:- Anger gets in your behavior when you do not have anything to do. So when you indulge yourself into unstoppable productive work, then it will help you to stay busy and help you to feel motivated which can easily make you away from stress and anger.

10.Surround yourself with positivity:- Negativity is the factor of anger which make you stressed and depressed. Always surround yourself with positive people and positivity which adds meaning to your life and you will gain a lot if you will stay positive throughout.
